Ate two potato soft tacos and a pintos and cheese for lunch had gas throughout day at around 5pm had uncontrollable distress and vomiting and clammy hands cramping could not even sit to drive | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Cramps
