I was on lunch break from work at 1:35 a.m. I decided to go to Taco Bell and order their Mexican pizza I got hungry and order two instead along with medium size drink (Pepsi) after I got my food I went back to park at my workplace to eat. After my lunch break I started burping a lot so I bought a Pepsi out of the machine to help me out. Then my stomach started hurting just an hour after lunch. I felt as if I was gonna go through a headache too. I went to the bathroom and had this weird sensation. Minutes later I started puking. I felt better after that then an hour later I had to use the bathroom again and again. I told myself, "yep, I'm good poisoned alright." | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Burping
