My 14 yr old son woke up rushing to bathroom to vomit about 3 hrs after eating Taco Bell. He ate a few chicken nuggets most of a Mexican pizza and some donut holes he said his head feels heavy dizzy and has a headache and feels warm | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
