I had the chicken quesadilla From Taco Bell. That night I went to sleep and was feeling fine. The next day I was severely gassy and my stomach was upset. That night I began to have severe stomach pain and diarrhea . I tried to take some tums and I ended just heaving and gagging. I had to let it run it’s cours and it was terrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Stomach Pain
