Food Safety Report - Taco Bell, Columbia South Carolina

2 years ago reported by user-dvbt8124 business

Taco Bell, Clemson Rd, Columbia, SC, USA

2701 Clemson Road, Columbia, 29229 South Carolina, United States

Within 25 to 30 minutes I experienced extreme fatigue, nausea and vomiting. I than within hours had speech and muscle coordination problems. My daughter called an ambulance. She couldn't understand my speech. The hospital did a CAT Scan and said they they didn't see evidence of a stroke. We think I was given a neurotoxin in the Mexican pizza I ate.

Update 10/24: I got sick, throwing up rancid, chemical taste from eating their Mexican Pizza. It caused me stroke like symptoms. Still undergoing g medical tests. It happened on 10/5/22 | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fatigue

Don’t distinguish any of your symptoms with food poisoning. Normal food poisoning does not occur within the tine frame you exhibited symptoms, although something you ate prior to Taco Bell, could have caused the reaction.

TIP: Symptom onset can be within minutes for chemical or physical contamination, and for some biological contamination symptoms can start as fast as 30 minutes, e.g. staph.
