Nachos, Doritos Cause Illness - Taco Bell, Fayetteville North Carolina

I was craving nachos from taco bell lastnight June 14, 2019. I ate nacho box, and two Doritos logos. I went to sleep woke up and was vomiting all over the place nothing but pure acid. I put bleach on the spots to clean them up and the bleach created a very strong smell and sizzeled. As soon as I was done throwing up I felt better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
