Got Taco Bell with boyfriend and his dad last night. They are both fine while I had stomach cramps, fever, chills, vomiting and diarrhea. The only difference is I had a Crunchwrap which had lettuce and tomatoes while nothing they ate did. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
