Family got food poisoning on 4\7\2026 at 9pm after eating at Taco Bell my two year old and husband went to the hospital for severe vomiting and dehydration. I have contacted the health department as well as corporate with evidence of their discharge papers as well as the receipt | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache, Dehydration
