So I️ went the drive through and ordered my food like normal and then I️ went home. I️ sat down and ate my food, the number 11 from Taco Bell, and everything was fine. Then, a couple hours later my stomach started hurting and I️ had to continuously use the bathroom. Later in the night, 12:00 a.m., I️ went to bed and went to sleep. At, 2:00 a.m. I️ wake up with super bad acid reflux and throat burn. So, I️ go to the bathroom coughing and then got some water and tried to go back to bed. Within like five minutes, I️ had vomit like really really bad and couldn’t shake it for a while. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Acid reflux
