I have not been to the Dr but I will. I feel be ill. I ordered two chicken chalupa Supremes and a Mexican pizza. I can't eat the Mexican pizza because after about 45 minutes of eating my stomach was in intense pain. Felt as though a knot is inside. I started to feel nausea. I vomited in my mouth and then the diarrhea started. I have headache and I feel so bad. I wasted my money and I feel very sick. I feel chills and weakness. I went to taco bell about 835 pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Weakness, Chills, Stomach Pain
