Food Safety Report: Taco Bell, East 33rd Street, Edmond, OK, United States

6 years ago reported by user-vcwg9587 business

Taco Bell, East 33rd Street, Edmond, OK, United States

26 East 33rd Street, Edmond, 73013 Oklahoma, United States

Dine In 7:15 pm on Friday. Ordered and consumed (2) Bean Burritos, (1) 7 Layer Nachos, (1) Tostada. Within 1.5 hours stricken with explosive diarrhea that lasted between 24-48 hours. No flu-like symptoms prior to eating Taco Bell, onset of symptoms within 2 hours of eating these items at Taco Bell indicates food borne illness. Symptoms include intial explosive chunky like diarrhea followed by water based diarrhea, mild nausea, no vomiting - dizziness - or headache. No ER visit...... simply rode out the storm as I stayed hydrated with lots of water and stuck to the BRAT diet to regain strength. Umtimately somewhere around 40-50 trips to the toilet within 36 hour time span. Will never eat Taco Bell again and I will never feed it to my children ages (5) and (6). As an adult you can joke with your buddies about Taco Bell giving you diarrhea....... "Hey thats Taco Bell ha ha." ........ but if these symptoms struck either of my children...... I would have taken them to the ER and I wouldve been extremely concerned. Sometimes we avoid common sense when we make food choices on the run. I will advise friends, family, and workplace colleagues to avoid Taco Bell altogether as I share this story with them. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Dizziness, Nausea
