My girlfriend brought me home an the nacho grande combo. My chips tasted a bit odd, maybe stale - maybe covered in Simple Green. I ate it as I had no other food in the house. At about 5:30 am, I violently threw up 4 times and had intense diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
