Additional information: Wife ate some food from taco bell and then started not feeling well and started to feel nausea then had diarrhea then started the vomit not sure if it was the beefy 5layer or the grilled nacho frys but it was after that. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
