I got a Mexican pizza and a flatbread from Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza tasted funny- sort of burnt but I ate it anyways. I ate it and about an hour later I started having nausea and diarrhea. It has progressively gotten worse and now I am having vomiting,diarrhea every 5-10 minutes and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
