Taco Illness Recurrence - Taco Bell, Denver Colorado

9 years ago reported by user-vrdgx517

Taco Bell, East Colfax Avenue, Denver, CO, United States

1775 East Colfax Avenue, Denver, 80218 Colorado, United States

I ate two beef tacos. I began getting sick about two hours after eating. I began violently vomiting, combined with severe diarrhea, pain, and cramping, along with no appetite. I could not afford to go to the emergency room, so I battled the illness for two days, with continued nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, cramping, and stomach pain. I went to my physician on August 8, 2016, and am currently undergoing studies by my doctor, and was prescribed Ciprofloxacin, 1,000 mg/daily, during the two days awaiting labs. I am unable to work, and I am a sole provider. This is the second time I have experienced illness connected with eating at Taco Bell. My sister, at another time, got ill from eating at Taco Bell, and was diagnosed with E Coli bacteria. I have talked with other people who have also gotten sick from Taco Bell food. What is going on? Where is FDA when you need them? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
