Taco Recall: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, Kettering Ohio

We got taco pack Tuesday evening. I ate two tacos before going to bed, when I woke up the next morning I had severe nausea and throw up lots of blood. Which has never happened to me before. I am a 36 year old mom of 4 and a nurse. So I am in pretty good health. Ever since that episode I just feel like there’s something in my throat. Just learned of the recall of theirs beef today.. what should I do?
No one else had vomiting of blood, but husband has nausea. My symptoms occurred about 8-10hrs after eating  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea
