Drive thru got a cheese quesadilla & softshell tacos. My boyfriend & I got sick I got violently ill about 7-8 hours after eating so around 2am. Lost all energy couldn't stand without feeling like I was going to faint. Vomitted multiple times and had severe stomach pains. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
