Pizza At approximately 7 PM on April 29, 2021 my fiancé eat pizza later she was running to the bathroom with diarrhea had diarrhea all night now this morning starting around 8 AM she has been vomiting and expressing severe stomach cramping and back pain. I ordered a chalupa cravings box subbed nachos in instead of the cinnamon twists. After about 3 or 4 hours after eating I threw up everything that was in my stomach not going back ever again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Drive thru got a cheese quesadilla & softshell tacos. My boyfriend & I got sick I got violently ill about 7-8 hours after eating so around 2am. Lost all energy couldn't stand without feeling like I was going to faint. Vomitted multiple times and had severe stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Just prior to 10:30pm I ordered some tacos and a Crunchwrap Supreme. I was finished eating within the next 30 minutes. I awoke at 3:30am with abdominal pain and diarrhea. I was vomiting as well by 7:00am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
