Ordered a Burrito Supreme, Crunchy Taco and nachos with cheese. The food didn't look fresh. The nachos tastes like cardboard. Ate a little before midnight. Two hours later had severe stomach cramps. Followed by vomiting and then with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
