Ordered three soft tacos with triple layer nachos at about 8:30pm on 4/20/17. Felt indigestion and had trouble sleeping. Woke up three hours later, ran back between toilet and bed. Had diarrhea. Felt nausea but could not vomit. Still feeling nauseous with dry mouth and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
