Within 4 hours of eating a chicken nacho wrap both my husband and I started having cramps, we had toast for breakfast which couldn't have been the cause. Overnight there was all of the above symptoms, day 2 the same and day three headaches, sore stomach and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
