Two teens, the only ones that are there. Beef tacos. Ate around 11 pm. Threw up at 7:30 am. Stomach pains started around 6 am. Other teen is waiting. Stomach not happy.. Knows it’s coming. :( | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain #tacobell #carrollton #texas #unitedstates #beef
