Ate nacho fries with my girlfriend. She had a mild reaction of stomach pains but I went to the ER because I had cramps I have never experienced before. I was close to throwing up but mostly had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Am home now and have a really dry mouth with dizziness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other, Cramps, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
