I ate taco bell one night as well as the next afternoon but shortly after nausea started and then quickly evolved to violent vomiting for 2 days and hospitalization

July 30th late night ordered taco bell, had it delivered. i have been non stop pooping and vomiting ever since. i feel terrible. it’s been 2 days :( never eating taco bell again.

ER Visit After Taco Meal

Ate nacho fries with my girlfriend. She had a mild reaction of stomach pains but I went to the ER because I had cramps I have never experienced before. I was close to throwing up but mostly had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Am home now and have a really dry mouth with dizziness.
