Ate 1 of 2 Chalupa Beef Supreme tacos with a soda. About two hours later, I started to get nauseated and cold sweats. 3 hours later, I was dizzy and started violently vomiting to where it was coming out of my nose, mouth and spraying everywhere. Sharp Pain started in my abdomen. About 10-15 large very painful violent vomits per hour with blood that lasted about 6 hours, followed by 3 hours of acidic smaller vomiting. Required hospitalization and treatment for 24 hours . Acidic diarrhea involved, acid reflux post vomiting, severe dehydration, etc. 48 hours later and still not 100%. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Acid reflux, Sweating
