Sunday night about 10 pm I went and got a steak quesadilla and a order of cheesy potatoes. My steak quesadilla wasn’t cooked fully the cheese wasn’t fully melted, and the steak wasn’t even fully hot. Few hours later I had abdominal cramping and now I am vomiting and have diarrhea and can’t keep any food down. My abdomen is cramping so bad I could cry. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Diarrhea
