Food Safety Report: Taco Bell, Hillside, NJ, USA.

6 years ago reported by user-dqdq4889 business

Taco Bell, Hillside, NJ, USA

425 Route 22, Hillside, 07205 New Jersey, United States

I ate the food on 2/19/18 at 10:30 pm. I bought the food through the drive thru. It was something that I had ate a week ago from a different Taco Bell, so I decided to buy the Nacho Fries Box again. I came home and ate it. The next morning, 2/20/18, I began throwing up at work and had not ate anything for the morning. I left work and came home. At home I began to have a roasting fever, diarrhea, and threw up several more times. All day I have been in bed An wasn’t able to move. At that moment I realized I had food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
