Taco Illness: Severe Symptoms - Taco Bell, Cadiz Kentucky

On February 26, 2016 I ate 2 soft shell tacos. Around 2 hours later my stomach felt horrible. I was nauseous, vomiting every five minutes (not an exaggeration), I was running a very high fever, had horrible diarrhea, and awful headaches. I'm still sick and haven't ate a normal meal, or even more then a snack since then. I am not going to Taco Bell again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
