Additional information: I returned home from the Dominican Republic, and ate lunch at the Punta Cana airport Taco Bell. I felt OK for thr majority of thr flight, but came down with extreme chills and nausea in the evening.

I can't be sure if it was directly from the restaurant, but I did not eat anything else on the plane/during transit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
