I ate a chicken quesadilla from the dollar menu as well as a beefy mini quesadilla and three layer cheese nacho all from the dollar menu. I started feeling sick about two hours afterwards. I first began to have sharp stomach pains, next I had bad diarrhea. After laying down, I began to feel sick again, and began vomiting. The next day, which is today, I woke up with a high fever, headache, stomach ache, and even body soreness. I have never felt this way before. I have not been drinking and I am not pregnant. Also, to note , Taco Bell was the only thing that I had eaten that day period. I feel terrible. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Soreness
