Ate beef taco salad and nacho bell grande at approx. 10:30pm on Tues 3/29/2016. Symptoms began on Wed 3/30/2016 around 8am as nauseousness and headache. By 10am vomiting started, and had severe body aches. Thinking it was the flu due to the symptoms went to the ER where he was diagnosed with sinusitis. Although on 3/31 nauseousness was not as severe. Abdominal cramps started with a lot of gassiness to where the internal gas sounds can be heard. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas, Headache, Body Ache, Cramps
