May 27th, 2026 Eating Taco Bell in Salem. This is my 2nd time ordering Taco Bell in Salem, OR. The first time was on 05/26/26 and I got diarrhea from that. The most recent and worse one was 05/28/26 early in the morning. Ate a couple of chips and that's all it took to vomit everything in my stomach and really bad diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain
