Chalupa Illness: Chills, Vomiting - Taco Bell, Lenoir City Tennessee

On June 27th 2021 I went through the drive thru around 6-7 pm. I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme with nachos and cheese and a Pepsi/coke. After consuming it I didn’t feel full at all. Within a half hour I started to feel nauseous and headed home. Twenty minutes later I started to get chills. It wasn’t until 1 am that the vomiting and diarrhea started. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
