I ordered two cheese quesadillas. During the night, I awoke to a horrible stabbing pain in my stomach. I took pepto to relieve the symptoms and fell back asleep. When I woke up again 3 hours later, I was sweating and felt extremely dizzy(nearly passing out) before having diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain
