my 16 year old son ordered a chalupa box last Wednesday May 15th and he has been to four different hospitals had a several bags of fluids been on pain medications had severe anxiety attack with the pain that he was having he has been vomiting Non-Stop and unable to eat in excruciating pain crying and begging for help.. today was the first day May 24th that we finally got an answer that it was a bacterial issue and half the wall we were diagnosed on Friday the 17th with food poisoning and immediate about 6 hours after eating Taco Bell he began vomiting and continue with continuously vomited today he's finally calm down a little able to hold some water down without fluids and pain meds and nausea medication. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
