Around 6:30 PM on 01/24/2024, I ate tacos and a bean burrito. Felt fine and went to bed at 10 PM. Woke up at 3 AM with intense stomach cramps and nausea. Took Zofran, minimally effective. Have been forcing my vomit back down each time it surges up. I won't be returning to any taco bell for the foreseeable future. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
