On Sunday, August 28, 2016 at around 9:00 p.m., I stopped atTaco Bell Drive through and purchased Taco Supreme and Tostado. Felt kind of queasy so went to bed so I could get up and go to work. I woke up sick as I could be with diarrhea and vomiting, dizziness, body aches and terrible headache. Instead of getting better as the day wore on (I had to call in sick) I got sicker and sicker. By the next morning, I was so cold my teeth were chattering and I couldn't hardly raise my head off the pillow. I love alone so I didn't have any help and finally pulled covers off of the bed and laid in the bathroom for hours. I had severe headache and dizziness and vomiting and diarrhea at same time. I thought I was dying and couldn't have gone to E.R. because I could barely sit up. My headache got better at 11:00 p.m. last night but I could't stay home and rest I had to be at work. Have only eaten ice chips since my Taco Bell meal. I didn't see a doctor because I would have had to go there in an ambulance!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Body Ache
