Chicken taco bowl from there Only I ate the meal. I felt my stomach cramping/gurgling about 30 minutes after I ate, which was around 4pm). Felt nauseous and little appetite for dinner. Ate very little. About 10pm my symptoms hit hard. Sudden urge to go and was in and out of the bathroom for hours. Managed to fall asleep and then woke up with cramping, stomach pain, upset stomach, and diarrhea.
