I started experiencing extreme diarrhea and nausea The result of the poisoning were almost instant. I ate the food, Friday, 3/522 and am still having symptoms. I was on the B.R.A.T diet because I could (real) food. I was eating soup, crackers and bread. I rested during those days. Tried to eat real food today, 3/6/22 and disaster!!!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I also ate taco bell on same date and got sick about 3hrs later thought I was dying it was so bad I will probably never eat taco bell again.One good thing I think I have cleaned out my insides of all toxins.
Same thing with my husband, right around the same time frame. He lost 10 lbs. in less than a week. Couldn't eat anything for a few days, then doc recommended brat diet. He still isn't right. I got some good probiotics and a prebiotic for him to start taking as I am sure the bad bacteria in his stomach are far outnumbering the good right now..
