I had Taco Bell Wednesday night and started having symptoms on Thursday morning. I was really nauseous and had diarrhea. Flash forward 5 days I still have diarrhea accompanied with abdominal pain and cramping. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
