EMT Sick After Tacos - Taco Bell, Hasbrouck Heights New Jersey

I ordered the 12 Taco Packs, 6 crunchy & 6 soft (only beef and cheese) And I also ordered the Double Crunch Wrap box. I ate around 3pm-5pm. I went to work at 6pm, I am an EMT and work for a hospital. I began getting nauseous & started throwing up. I went home from work, with a massive headache, vomiting, and woke up with a fever. I hate going to hospitals so that is why I haven't gone. I currently have a fever of 102.7, body aches/lower back pain, still nauseous and vomiting, and have a bad headache with sweating.
After googling my symptoms and what I ate, I can only conclude it was the Taco Bell. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Sweating, Body Ache
