Steak Salad Illness Alert - Taco Bell, Grand Junction Colorado

My wife ended up having a salad with steak it was a power menu bowl. Is now laying on the floor of the bathroom feeling very nauseous and fever with sweats. She's very uncomfortable and having stomach pains also. My daughter and myself had just regular items off the menu with no salad or steak. 7:30 p.m. is when we ate still delivered by the Taco Bell app delivered by we don't know for sure today's date is 1-25-24 She's the only one that had salad and steak she was totally fine all day today at work . She ate pretty much as soon as she got home with no snacking. Would just like to know if there's any other accidents this evening. My concern is that my wife is not feeling great at all. And just hope that no one else is feeling the same. Would like to know because this is something that is not happened just one time from fast food restaurants in our town. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
