Additional information: Crunch wrap supreme combo and 2 orders of cinnamon delights. I ordered Uber eats last night about 11:40pm. When I got my crunch wrap supreme combo I was only able to eat my small taco and barely half my crunch wrap before I was in the bathroom with runny diarrhea. I put the food up and went to bed before 1am. At 6:10ish this morning I woke up with runny diarrhea again for more than 10 minutes. I came out the bathroom and before I got 20ft I had to turn around again, but now to throw up. I was hurling projectile vomit 6 times the first time. I have vomited 36 times and spent over 1hr on the toilet in the span of 9hrs. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
