Me and my fiancee order two different things off the menu. Exactly 6 hours after I ate i began vomiting over and over again- keep in mind i had nothing but taco bell that night- i had a fever up to 100.6, i was weak, and nauseous. My fiancee also became very ill although we had two different meals. The only thing we could do was stay at home for days. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
