Ate there at lunch on Thursday Feb 25th, went back to work and within a few hours I had a very bad headache. Then bloating, and indigestion. I thought it was just heartburn or indigestion. But at 3 am I woke up with nausea, vomiting and stomach cramps. This lasted all day Friday and the cramping and headache were the worst! Then by that evening diarrhea, cramping and nausea still persisted. It's been 30ish hours and I am still having painful cramps and some dizziness, general fatigue. I ate a Taco Supreme, nacho bell grande. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Headache, Bloating, Dizziness, Fatigue, Indigestion, Heartburn
