I ordered a loaded chicken griller and nacho fries. After eating it no more than 5 minutes later I felt dizzy and nausea, I laid down but the nausea seemed worse when I closed my eyes. Two hours later I vomited so much that I could see the food I ate inside my vomit. I also had diarrhea, the next morning I had a really bad headache. This happened Feb 18, 2018, never will I eat at taco bell again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness
