I ate at Taco Bell on Saturday night at around 10:30 I had a tostito and spicy burrito.

It's all I had, and I've been having
black stools with mucus, chills, and stomach cramps and a fever the last two days. I can't hold anything down.

It's definitely food poisoning that's the only thing i ate. I just wanted to let people know.
