Thursday May 3, 2018. 2 Beefy 5 Layer Burritos with added rice, 2 Nachos, Diet Pepsi. Ate half of the order for lunch and the other half a few hours later. Within an hour of eating, stomach cramps and nausea and vomiting began. Horrible diarrhea started shortly after and occurred every 30 minutes throughout the night. By morning, I was very weak and dehydrated and the diarrhea turned bloody. It is now Saturday and have not eaten anything since Thursday. I am very weak and my abdomen is still sore. In pain to the point I cannot stand up straight. If I can't keep fluids down today and I am considering a trip to the Emergency Room. Also, Taco Bell was the only food I ate that day. My meals the previous few days were prepared at home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Weakness, Soreness
