Almost 45 minutes after eating here, I had this extreme urge to get on to a toilet and crippling stomach pain. I've been nauseous this whole time and threw up twice when I got home. I think they gave me a rancid tortilla shell on my Mexican pizza because it tasted freakin' awful. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
