Husband ate taco salad 12/28/16 approx 1 p.m. Became very ill approx 7 p.m. Still having symptoms 12/29/16 late in day Dr suggested if weakness continued go to ER room. Called doctor | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
